I needed a battery replacement and made an appointment for 2 days hence. I brought the car in 2 days before just so it would be there. (Can’t really tell how many starts are left in a bad battery) Frank looked at it within a hour and had the estimate that night. Work was completed the next day which was a day early. Now that is prompt.
