For me, buying a car is a stressful and exasperating event. However, my experience at Zeigler Nissan Orland Park was neither. I appreciated all the personnel I met there, but Natalia was the agent who worked with me. She was friendly, disarming, and helpful. I enjoyed working with her. She respected my vehicle preferences and my financial limits. At no time did I feel pressured by her or by Cameron and Sean who explained additional, optional warranties. The entire experience was so unlike other dealers I visited who ignored what I told them I wanted and pushed their own agenda. And pushed it hard. I walked away from more than one dealer, but I stayed with Zeigler and purchased a car.
