Wait was long but bearable.

The Dealership called stating that my parts to my 2020 Nissan was there and to bring my car in for services. I did bring my car I. Only to find out that I had to leave my car for a day or two for services. I was given a Loaner for the time needed. I Received a call the very next day stating my car was ready for pick up. Ziegler Nissan is an Exceptional Dealer who Always Deliver for me. My Service Advisor is Kevin and he has Excellent Customer Service and Leadership skills. My Overall experience with Zielgler Nissan is Definitely a 5 Star 🌟

No phone call from service department on what they did or found with my car. I specifically asked about my tires. I had to call them at end of day to find out status of car. They said they tried to call. I had my phone on and with me all day, and no text messages were blocked. Before I brought my car in, I had to leave a message with the service department for return call. Two days and no one called me back. When I called again I was cut off three times before I actually was able to make an appointment.

Bought Brand new Nissan Murano Platinum. Had a flat tire with side wall damage due to a road hazard. Could NOT change the tire as there is NO JACK OR WHEEL WRENCH! Had to find someone with the equipment to change the tire.Another surprise! No spare! Found a tire pump with liquid sealer in the storage area. It is worthless with a sidewall gash! Contacted Ziegler Nissan of Orland Park and was told the $50,000.00 auto does NOT come with a Jack & Lug Wrench! Nothing but excuses! Worst experience car I have ever had!

I bought my first car about a month ago from here. Keith Buttrom was the sales person who sold me the car. I highly recommend coming here to get a car. Keith was very professional and straightforward with the car pricing. He was also very helpful with answering any questions or concerns I had. He as not pushy with selling it and gave me time to think. He also was able to give me the best deal on the car. They had the model of the Nissan Kicks I wanted and it has been great to drive. This dealership is one of the best in the area.

It is a great experience working with Tony. The whole process from beginning to end is very smooth. I received text message to approve or deny service. And even when I missed the text message. Tony came out to the lobby and explained to me each line item. And also having a better understanding which service I should do immediately for the vehicle. Overall, I was in and out within a reasonable amount of time based on the service I had performed. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.
