They said they tried to call. I had my phone on and with me all day, and no text messages were blocked. Bought Brand new Nissan Murano Platinum. Had a flat tire with side wall damage due to a road hazard. Could NOT change the tire as there is NO JACK OR WHEEL WRENCH! Had to find someone with the equipment to change the tire.Another surprise! No spare! Found a tire pump with liquid sealer in the storage area. It is worthless with a sidewall gash! Contacted Ziegler Nissan of Orland Park and was told the $50,000.00 auto does NOT come with a Jack & Lug Wrench! Nothing but excuses! Worst experience car I have ever had!

It is a great experience working with Tony. The whole process from beginning to end is very smooth. I received text message to approve or deny service. And even when I missed the text message. Tony came out to the lobby and explained to me each line item. And also having a better understanding which service I should do immediately for the vehicle. Overall, I was in and out within a reasonable amount of time based on the service I had performed. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Kevin Rodriquez never care to take me inside the service desk to explain what my car needs and pricing. He basically tried to do all this while park in the service parking area and expect me to know the price of the service i need. He asked me" you been here before" i said, " yes" then he said" then you know the price" he was condescending and almost racist because i see him service while folks the acceptable way and yet treat me differently.
Me and my husband came in on Monday to look at options of leasing a car. Anwar M. was such a great helper including Mohammed . They answered all our questions and made sure we left happy. We ended up finding something we liked and most importantly in our budget. Thank you once again, highly recommend this dealer and of course ask for Anwar and Mohammed.
