The service was fine, I’m still unsure if my MAF sensor was improperly installed (by another shop) or if they were saying it could potentially be an issue sure to it being aftermarket. They could slow down a bit but price was what was agreed upon.
My 2024 Rouge was brought in for a driver side door defect. I purchased the car new in June 2024 at Ziegler. I was given a nice loner car at no charge for 2 weeks. A 2025 Rouge. The time my car was at body shop. The repairs at body shop was no charge. They appeared to be done correctly. The door opened and closed properly. Adam was courteous and helpful. However, the door defect was a possible manufacturing failure and should be addressed at the assembly plant. Ziegler Nissan was not the problem. My 6 month old Rouge should not have this problem.

I had a great overall experience when I took my car into Zeigler Nissan. First, Tony greeted me with a smile and was immediately available to write the service order. He did a great job keeping me informed as to the progress of my repairs. I waited for my service and the overall environment at Zeigler was exceptional (clean, neat & modern). Very comfortable.
I was very pleased with the speed, service and Approachability. I knew my car was in good hands. I will for sure be using the service again.

Due to the weather this morning I was a few minutes late and apologized, my service person Kevin said no worries especially because of the snow. I just had an oil change and tire rotation and of course they checked other required maintenance too. All was great. He did say that they usually wash the car, but due to the snow and cold they can't due to it may freeze. I was out in about 1 1/2 hers. Kevin checked all and said was on my way! Very satisfied!☺

Alyssa was a pleasure to work with! I was early for my appointment and was checking out the other used inventory and she met me outside very quickly. As soon as it came to the numbers of the vehicle I was interested in she was very prompt with all the information and did not rest until we came up with a number that was good for me. The process overall was very smooth.
I had my vehicle in this morning for a recall. Even though I was 11minutes late for my appointment, I was pleasantly greeted. I was told my truck would take an hour and half but I was surprised that it was actually sooner. Along with a print-out of the manufacturer recall report, I was impressed to receive a “Multi-Point Inspection” result sheet attached. Great customer service, very clean and attractive place!! I will be scheduling other services regarding the items that needs immediate attention. Thankyou David!
