Also, mechanic Tristan did an excellent job on repairing my car, explained what he did, suggested other potential repairs, very knowledgeable, courteous & professional service. The staff was great very professional and provided me with excellent service
The service is always good. They did the oil change, multi point inspection , & rotated the tires. They even reset my Apple CarPlay, al within 1 & half hours.

After oil change mechanic forgot to tight screws and suddenly the car start to make loud noise I call the service department I explain next day stop by the nissan dealer to fix the problem mechanic lies and say you drive on something and I show the picture and said mechanic is lies this is a very bad experience

My 2018 Nissan Rogue was making a loud noise from the rear wheels. I knew it was a major issue and Adam and Ziegler did a complete assessment which also included a lot of other issues that should have been addressed earlier. While it was an expensive repair and maintenance job, I felt I was altered about the work needed and pleased with the work

Service, It took too long and there was other hidden charges I did not know! to fix my vehicle on service that did not need!
I came in to have my tires rotated only but a gentleman who was very polite, professional and knowledgeable helped me - not sure of his name. He suggested that my transmission fluid be changed due to mileage. He is a true asset to your company as well as others I encountered. Your employees pictures on the next page I cannot see their faces clearly and not able to tell who helped me.
had appt for trans fluid change out and oil change. upon arrival drove my car thru a camera analysis type of thing which was very impressive. measured tires, looks at undercarriage, also flaws in the paint job. nice technology at work. work was performed in a timely fashion. had some coupons which also was a plus.

Service was excellent today. Adam was a great representative and assured me he would be available for any questions I had while waiting for my car. He was prompt, communicated well, and granted me all the time I needed to check out my car once it was done. The contracted service who repaired the small tear in my driver's side seat was efficient and the work done was top notch.
Keith was very knowledgeable, welcoming and business oriented. He was the only person to approach me. Others were having conversations with other employees and just didn’t acknowledge me. You never know who your buyers are, I was there for an oil change and walked out with a new vehicle.
