I’ve been coming to this dealer (Ziegler Nissan in Orland park ) for 5 yrs. Every visit has been exceptional, they really do try to go above and beyond. I’m always bragging about how great they are in the service department.. My service Advisor (Kevin) truly lives up to his name and more… it’s people like him (and all that work there , that keep you coming )that make you stick around.

The service, communication and little extra touches were excellent. All repairs were as quoted and when we were picking up the car we noticed the antenna topper (a Mickey Mouse we got at Disney) was missing. We were a little annoyed as we had one stolen once before. But when the service department checked, it was discovered that it was taken off and put in the cup holder by the driver’s side to make sure it didn’t get damaged or lost when the car was washed. The was a nice special touch.
My experience with salesman Onwar was stellar. His approach was professional and comfortable. His knowledge of the vehicle was superb and super helpful.
